Alexander Gramatikov

Alexander is the founder of the Mentor the Young Foundation - a 3-month (and free) mentoring program that supports the development of young people by connecting them with individual mentors. In less than two and a half years, we have worked with more than 3,700 mentors and youth, 95% of whom recommend the program. In addition to running the organization, Alex enjoys traveling to far-flung places and cultures (eg Central America, North Africa, Southeast Asia) and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
