Krikor Dzeronian

Krikor Dzeronian, co-founder & COO, stumbled upon software development at a young age while attempting to improve a computer game he used to play. This hobby quickly evolved into a career aspiration, leading him to pursue education and roles in software engineering. A few years into his professional journey, he developed an interest in the organizational structures, processes, and culture that enable the creation of successful products. To enhance his practical experience from leadership roles at Èze and Acadian, he pursued an MBA at MIT Sloan.  Although much has changed since his days of "hacking" that computer game, his drive to create positive change has remained constant. This motivation led to the founding of Electives - an edTech company redefining corporate learning and development.  In his free time, he enjoys sailing and participating in triathlons. https://electives.io/
