Nikolay Markov

Nikolay is member of the Supervisory Board of Fund Manager of Financial Instruments in Bulgaria JSC (Fund of Funds). He is also a partner in Dill Advisory and Dill Analytics with over 20 years of experience in finance, valuations, M&A, financial and business modeling, economic advisory and restructuring.

Nikolay has considerable experience in financial advisory services in Bulgaria, UK and other European countries in all major sectors of the economy, including: agriculture, banking, insurance and investment funds, construction, building materials, real estate, energy and utilities, mining and raw materials, food and beverages, professional services, public sector, transportation and shipping, telecoms, media and entertainment, retail and wholesale, light and heavy manufacturing, oil and chemicals, internet and software, healthcare and pharma, environmental services and other. He is also a trainer in valuation, financial analyses and financial modeling for the last 15 years.

Before co-establishing Dill Advisory and Dill Analytics, Nikolay was a director in the Valuation and Business Modeling team of Ernst & Young Bulgaria, for over 12 years. He is a member of the CFA Institute.
