Tatyana Eliseeva

Tatyana is a founder and CEO of HealthCaters - a 360° health platform for businesses helping them identify and manage employee health risks and build an ROI-driven workplace wellness strategy. Healthcaters is a 9-people team Berlin-based startup. Since it’s go-to-market last year they successfully closed clients like Merck, ThyssenKrupp, Miele, IBM, and many others. 

They also successfully raised 2 rounds of venture funding and have expert-angel investors from Germany & UK supporting them strategically. Tatyana’s journey began in 2013 in the investment industry, where she spent over 5 years in IB & PE. In 2018 Tatyana left her role of VP of investments and joined a Berlin-based health tech startup, Medigo, as a Head of BD. She then led the B2B business and launched a new health-insurance-as-a-service product, striking contracts with major health and life insurers globally - as well as the largest reinsurer as a global strategic partner.
