Teofil Shikov

Teofil Shikov is Vice President of Operations for Bulgaria at MarketStar, a US-based sales-as-a-service company. He was the founder and CEO of sales development agency Out2Bound, which was acquired by Markestar in October 2022. A true fan of the bootstrapping process, he has always loved starting and scaling organizations from scratch. Part of the 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Business category, Theo is an AIESEC Alumni, ABLE Fellow and Technology Startup Advisor. He has business experience on 4 continents. His previous experience includes: managing a non-profit organization; living in Finland and India and working for ICT giant TCS (part of the Tata Group) at their headquarters in Mumbai.
